2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our Premium service for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund provided you request it within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
- This guarantee applies only to new customers and initial subscription purchases. It does not apply to renewal payments.
- To request a refund, you must contact our support team via the contact form or by emailing us directly. Please include your order details and the reason for your request.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please send an email to our support team at the address listed on our Contact Us page. Your request must include:
- Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
- The order ID or transaction number.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (your feedback is valuable to us).
4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be eligible. We do not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions that are canceled mid-term after the 14-day guarantee period has passed.
